Here is the final letter mailed out regarding First Eucharist Mass, rehearsals, etc.

This is the Mass to which your child is assigned.  If your child is not listed, you have made other arrangements for your child's First Eucharist.

Here are the rehearsal notes.  Parents, please read through these prior to your child's Saturday, April 6, rehearsal, and be sure to come with your child to the rehearsal.  The 9:00 a.m. April 6 rehearsal is for the 4:00 p.m. April 6 Mass.  The 10:30 a.m. April 6 rehearsal is for the 10:30 a.m. April 7 Mass.  All students must arrive one hour before the Mass for pictures, even if you are not purchasing pictures.  So those in the 4:00 p.m. Mass must arrive in the gathering space by 3:00 p.m.  Those in the 10:30 a.m. Mass must arrive in the gathering space by 9:30 a.m.  (Note that the 8:30 a.m. Mass attendees will be exiting at that time, so it will be crowded, but the gathering space will clear out quickly.)

These are the details for each Mass:

4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6, First Eucharist Mass

- The child and at least one parent must attend the required rehearsal with Fr. Maus.  For the Saturday Mass, your required rehearsal is at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 6.  Enter the church through Door 2 and come up the stairs to the gathering space where you will pick up paperwork prior to the rehearsal.  Please bring cash, a checkbook or debit/credit card so that you can complete the photo order form during rehearsal.  An 8x10 composite (group & individual photo) costs $25; 8 wallets of individual is $10; 1 5x7 is $10; 1 8x10 is $20.

- For the Mass, arrive by 3:00 p.m. in the gathering space for individual and group photos.  Your child needs to be in the group photo even if you are not purchasing professional photos.

- One pew will be reserved for each family.  Here is the order of pews and the ministry that each child is doing during the Mass.

- If your child is reading one of the Prayers of the Faithful during the Mass, here they are so he/she may practice.

- If your child is reading an announcement at the end of the Mass,  here are the announcements so he/she may practice. 

10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 7, First Eucharist Mass

Maus.  For the Sunday Mass, your required rehearsal is at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 6.  Enter the church through Door 2 and come up the stairs to the gathering space where you will pick up paperwork prior to the rehearsal.  Please bring cash, a checkbook or debit/credit card so that you can complete the photo order form during rehearsal.  An 8x10 composite (group & individual photo) costs $25; 8 wallets of individual is $10; 1 5x7 is $10; 1 8x10 is $20.
