• Rehearsals for First Eucharist Masses

  Three rehearsals: 9:00 AM rehearsal for those receiving First Eucharist at the 4:00 PM April 22 Mass; 10:00 AM rehearsal (8:30 AM April 23 Mass); and 11:00 AM rehearsal (10:30 AM April 23 Mass). Please check in with Tanya in the Gathering Space.

• First Eucharist during 4:00 PM Mass

  Some of our parish children will receive First Eucharist during this Mass. A reception will be held in the dining room after the Mass.

• Breakfast hosted by Knights of Columbus

  Our Knights of Columbus will host breakfast from 8:30 AM to Noon in the dining room. First Eucharist cake will also be served.

• First Eucharist during both Masses, 8:30 & 10:30 AM

  Sunday Apr 23, 2017 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

  Some of our parish children will receive First Eucharist during each Mass, at 8:30 and 10:30 AM. The Knights of Columbus will host a breakfast from 8:30 AM to Noon and First Eucharist cake will be served in the dining room after both Masses.

• Divine Mercy Devotions

  Sunday Apr 23, 2017 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  We will observe Divine Mercy Sunday April 23 with a holy hour before the image of Jesus of Divine Mercy. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed, and we will begin with the chaplet of Divine Mercy at 3:00 pm. Benediction will end the hour at 4:00 pm. Confessions will be available during the holy hour.
  A PLENARY INDULGENCE IS AVAILABLE ON DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY. This is total remission of punishment due to one’s sins. The following conditions apply:
  1) Sacramental confession [according to previously issued norms, within about 20 days before or after]
  2) Eucharistic communion [according to previously issued norms, preferably on the day, or the days before or after]
  3) Prayer for the intentions of our Holy Father [certain prayers are not specified]
  4) On Divine Mercy Sunday, a) Take part in the prayers and devotions held in honor of Divine Mercy in any church or chapel, in a spirit that is completely detached from the affection for a sin, even a venial sin, or b) in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament exposed or reserved in the tabernacle, recite the Our Father and the Creed, adding a devout prayer to the merciful Lord Jesus (e.g. Merciful Jesus, I trust in you!")

• May Crowning

  Faith Formation children and members of the Little Flowers Girls Club will participate in the Crowning of Mary during the final song of the 8:30 AM Mass. They will then go to their regular Faith Formation classes.

• Preschoolers sing during Mass

  Sunday Apr 30, 2017 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM

  Children in our Preschool Faith Formation will have class as usual, then will sing after Communion during the 10:30 AM Mass.
