: We are grateful to God for you and your children! Through the Faith Formation and Youth programs at Our Lady of Grace, we strive to serve you as Jesus would by introducing your children to numerous ways that they may learn about the Catholic faith and build upon their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

On this form, you may register your children for classes and youth groups, pay tuition, and volunteer. Our Lady of Grace offers classes and youth activities for children age 3 through high school.

: Tuition and Due Dates
: Tuition for classes is $75 per child for the year, with a maximum of $225 per family ($10 discount per child if registered by July 1; $5 discount per child if registered by Aug. 31). Scholarships are available. Tuition is WAIVED for children/grandchildren of Catechists and Aides, committing to a particular class/time for the full Faith Formation year. Other consistent volunteer activities may also qualify for waived tuition. Please volunteer in the section near the end of the form.

There is no fee for any student to participate in Middle School Youth Group or Christus Vincit (for high school). There is no fee for Bishop Ryan students to participate in Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation and First Eucharist) or Confirmation classes.
: Which Mass do you typically attend as a family?
Faith Formation and Confirmation classes present to students some of the teachings of the Catholic Church and help them develop a relationship with Jesus, but nothing is as important as participating in the Mass. A primary focus of Faith Formation is to learn to care for the church and its members, and to perform ministries during the Mass. We especially encourage families and individual students to serve as Gift Bearers, Ushers/Greeters or Choir members during the Mass, to serve fellowship after Mass, assist with parish events, etc. To help us with planning and knowing who to reach out to when opportunities arise, which Mass time(s) do you normally attend as a family?: Saturday, 4:00pmSunday, 8:30amSunday, 10:30amSunday, 3:00pm Spanish MassSunday, 5:30pm

There are many ways that you may help with our Faith Formation and Youth programs. Consistent volunteers (those who come to every or nearly every class) may have the tuition WAIVED for their children/grandchildren. If registration is received by July 1, tuition is $65 per child. If registration is received by Aug. 31, tuition is $70 per child. Beginning Sept. 1, tuition is $75 per child. Scholarships are available. Tuition is WAIVED for children/grandchildren of consistent volunteers as approved by the Faith Formation Coordinator. Please call Tanya at 701-839-6834 with questions.: I (or my child's grandparent) would like to be a consistent volunteer; therefore I am not paying anything online at this time.
